Gallinger Homes Inc. was founded in 1987 by Jerre Gallinger. Gallinger Homes is a family owned and operated construction company. Jerre acts as corporation president, but he is also the project supervisor and appears almost daily at all sites. Jerre has a rich background in the construction world which dates back to the 1960’s. For fifteen years, Jerre taught vocational carpentry in the Kearney School District, and the company still supports DECA by sponsoring a student internship within the company. Gallinger Homes concentrates on single family residences-both custom and spec. Gallinger Homes is a member of the National Builders Association with frequent entries in the Parade of Homes in addition to winning the 1997 Grand Award for Excellence in Remodeling. The Gallinger Homes’ employees and subs are the best in their fields. Guy Gallinger and Robert White, foremen for GHI, guarantee precise and exact work in the framing and finish work of all projects. Hedrick Construction Co. LLC has been in business since 1973. We are a General Contractor, who does both residential construction, as well as, commercial construction. Our main concentration of home building has been in the Platte and Clay County areas with emphasis on homes in the $200,000 to $750,000 range. In the last several years, our residential homes have won eleven awards in the Parade of Homes Tours with the Home Builders Association.
Jim Hedrick is a member on the board of the Northland Development Corporation. He is, also, a member of the Kansas City Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders with a Certified Graduate Builder designation.
